1. By participating in the test drive of an eligible* Chevrolet Electric Vehicle (“EV”) at a participating GM - Chevrolet dealership between October 8, 2024 to December 31, 2024 you (“Eligible Customers”) are eligible to receive a $100 Amazon.ca card (the “Reward E-Card”).

2. Upon completion of the test drive of an eligible Chevrolet EV, our fulfillment partner will email Eligible Customers a link to the Reward E-Card within 5 business days. Eligible Customers must click on the link to see the Reward E-card.

3. To receive a Reward E-Card, Eligible Customers must register and activate the Reward E-Card by the expiry date indicated on the reward email. Directions and Terms of use for the Reward E-Card are located on the E-Card.

4. The Reward E-Card will include instructions on how to redeem it. The Reward E-Card cannot be redeemed in whole or in part for cash.

5. Limit one Reward E-Card per person or household. Lost, stolen, damaged or undeliverable Reward E-Cards will not be replaced.

6. GM Canada and its agents, subsidiaries, affiliates and representatives have no liability whatsoever for any personal loss, injury or damages arising from the Eligible Customers participation in this Promotion and use of the Reward E-Card.

7. GM Canada is not responsible for incomplete or delayed registrations resulting from technical failures of any kind including delayed Internet/email computer transmissions on the Internet or at any website. Incomplete or improperly submitted registrations will not be accepted.

8. GM Canada reserves the right to a) amend or terminate this Promotion for any reason without notice, b) verify the validity of all registrations, and c) disqualify any participant who is ineligible or has violated any of these terms and conditions.

9. GM Canada employees and vehicle dealerships where GM vehicles are sold are not eligible to participate in this offer.

10. Unless you've provided additional consent (to receive additional marketing communications) from GM Canada, any personal information provided in this promotion will only be used by GM Canada and its fulfillment partner, for administering the Promotion. By completing an eligible Chevrolet EV vehicle test drive, you consent to release of your personal information to GM Canada and our fulfillment partner for that purpose, specifically your name and contact information. If you have any questions about how your personal information is handled, please contact GM privacy/CASL compliance.

11. By registering for the Reward E-Card, Eligible Customers accept these terms and conditions.
